Overseas handling of your information — please read before agreeing.
To run SkoldTrades we disclose some of your information to service providers, some of which are located outside Australia. This includes your business and account details, your customers' contact details, the content of messages and documents you create, and — where you use our phone answering service — recordings of calls, written transcripts of those calls, and technical records about them such as phone numbers, times and call duration. Where they are today is listed at our sub-processors page, and that list is kept current.
If you consent, Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 will not apply to these disclosures. That means we will not be accountable under the Privacy Act for how those overseas providers handle your information, those providers may not be subject to the Privacy Act, and you may not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act if they mishandle it.
